JOB OVERVIEW

ROBERT PECCIA & ASSOCIATES (RPA) has an exciting opportunity for an entry- to senior-level Site Development Engineer. This position will serve within our Site Development Group on municipal projects for private, public, and government clients. Depending on experience, in this role you will work with, or lead, a team to address the site development needs of colleges and institutional campuses, military facilities and installations, urban and suburban centers, elementary and high schools, and commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in site development and municipal engineering. Key traits include self-motivation, team-oriented, technically proficient, and ability to work as a team.

Qualifications

The following are desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Superior attention to detail, technical proficiency, and desire to work as a team.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work within established deadlines.

The following outlines additional position qualifications:

  • Engineering Designer: Engineering Intern certificate or ability to obtain within six (6) months; 0-4 years of experience.
  • Project Engineer: Professional Engineering license in Montana or ability to obtain within six (6) months; 4-8 years of experience in site development or municipal engineering.
  • Project Manager: Professional Engineering license in Montana or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain within six (6) months (preferred); 6+ years of experience in site development/municipal engineering; demonstrated experience managing relevant projects.
