Craig Jenneskens, PE
President/Chairman of the Board
As President and Chairman of the Board, Craig provides steady leadership and guidance to the firm’s 60+ employees. Craig is responsible for the management and general operations of the firm including finances, staffing, organizational structure, and strategic planning. Craig serves on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Montana, the Carroll College Engineering Advisory Board and the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce.
Craig’s long-term vision for RPA is one that continues to attract and retain outstanding employees, maintains exceptional service to our clients, and passionately supports the communities in which we live and work.
Scott Randall, PE, PTOE
Vice President of Human Resources
Scott Randall serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this position, Scott is responsible for developing and executing human resource and marketing strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of RPA. This includes developing and implementing companywide policies and procedures, contributing to firm-wide marketing, staffing, training and development, and performance management.
Ryan Mitchell, PE, PLS
Vice President of Business Management
As Vice President of Business Management, Ryan’s responsibilities include company-wide financial planning and projections, strategic planning, business development, and marketing strategies. He also works closely with our President and Corporate Controller in establishing and tracking annual budgets and reviewing corporate insurance policies and standard forms of agreement.
Since 2005, Ryan has served as the Kalispell Branch Operations Manager and is skilled in many civil engineering disciplines with extensive experience in project management, design, construction management, and coordinating client and project requirements.
Robert J. Peccia, PE
Founder
As the retired founder of RPA, which is now a 100 percent employee-owned firm, Mr. Peccia continues to make available his valued experience to the officers and Directors. He has an extraordinarily successful background as a businessman and a respected history of work in civil engineering, business finance, and management. Robert is an organizer and director of the Valley Bank of Helena, and was instrumental in the merger of the bank with Glacier Bank Corporation, a NASDAQ listed bank corporation. He has been on the Executive Management Committee, the Loan Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee since the bank’s inception. He is or has been on the board of several other companies including Bison Engineering, CIPP Corp, PEC, Inc., Padbury Ranch Properties, LLC, and Carroll College Board of Trustees.
