Internships at RPA

RPA’s internship program is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of what it’s like to work in the field of civil engineering. As an intern at RPA, you will have the opportunity to rotate across our groups in order to obtain experience in a variety of sectors and better understand what interests you the most. Under the guidance of our experienced engineers, interns work on real-world projects and learn about the newest industry technologies and trends, to further develop their skills both in the office and in the field. In fact, many of our interns are hired full-time at RPA after graduation.
