In November of 1978, Robert Peccia and Associates (RPA) opened its doors for business in downtown Helena, Montana, with seven employees. Thirty years later, RPA employs more than 50 staff members and opened two branch offices in the Montana communities of Kalispell and Butte. Since those early days, RPA has built a national reputation for consistent and exacting engineering work.
As a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), RPA's most valuable resource is its employees! Individual qualities that the company looks for are self-motivation, intelligence, common sense, industriousness, and the ability to communicate and work with people.
